Role Overview

Sales Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the sales team to

  analyze productivity, efficiency, and performance metrics

  .
• Manage and optimize

  Zoho CRM

  workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Conduct

  data analysis

  to identify sales trends, pipeline gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support

  sales training initiatives

  by identifying skill gaps and preparing learning materials.
• Assist in building

  sales enablement tools

  (presentations, trackers, SOPs).
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to align on lead quality and customer journey.
• Prepare

  weekly/monthly reports

  with actionable insights for leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in

  Engineering

  (preferred) + pursuing/completed

  MBA

  (Sales/Marketing/Analytics specialization is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in

  Excel/Google Sheets

  and experience with

  CRM tools (Zoho preferred)

  .
• Exposure to

  sales analytics, reporting, or operations

  during MBA projects/internships is desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
