Job Summary: A Morph Electric salesman should be more than just a salesperson—they should be an educator, advisor, and ambassador for the electric mobility revolution, guiding customers confidently through the transition from petrol to electric. As a Sales Intern at Morph Electric, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and gaining practical experience in sales and business development within the electric vehicle industry. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to the growth of our company. High-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles, paving the way for a rewarding career in sales. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Assist in lead generation, customer engagement, and ensuring a smooth sales process. · Participation: Attend meetings, workshops, and industry events to generate potential sales leads and build valuable connections. Client Relationship: Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining positive relationships and representing the company professionally. Documentation: Create and periodically maintain detailed sales records and market reports accurately. Research: Conduct market research and gather insights relevant to sales activities. Qualifications and Key Skills Required: Any graduate with a strong interest in sales and in automobiles preferably electric vehicles. Work experience: 0-2 years. · Excellent Communication Skills: English and one of Hindi or Telugu. · Product Knowledge: Explain technical details in simple terms, answer customer questions confidently. Comfortable in showcasing and demonstrating Morph’s vehicles to customers. · Customer Focus: Listen actively, understand customer needs, and tailor the sales pitch accordingly. · Problem Solving Ability: Address customer objections and find solutions to fit individual needs. · Sales Acumen: Skilled in relationship-building, negotiation, and closing deals. Proactive in reaching out to potential customers and following up on leads. · Passion for Sustainability: Genuinely enthusiastic about electric mobility and Morph’s mission, inspiring confidence and excitement in customers Period of Internship: 3 months with a stipend of ₹10,000 /- per month (based on performance) Candidates demonstrating strong performance during the internship may be evaluated for potential full-time sales executive positions.
