Role Overview: As the Sales Head/Business Development Manager at Tsaaro Consulting, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and positioning services as industry-leading solutions in the data privacy and security landscape. Your role will involve strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the entire business development lifecycle. You will play a crucial part in meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and implementing performance metrics for success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and engage potential clients requiring expertise in data privacy and security. - Develop and implement strategic initiatives to acquire new business and expand the client base. - Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding clients" unique challenges and positioning Tsaaro Consulting as a trusted partner. - Utilize a consultative sales approach to align services with clients" business objectives, effectively articulating the value proposition. - Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant insights. - Thoroughly understand Tsaaro Consulting's offerings and communicate their benefits effectively to prospective clients. - Collaborate with the consulting team to craft compelling proposals that showcase capabilities in data privacy and security. - Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, assess competition, and support strategic decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - More than 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role; experience in data privacy and security is an advantage. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong understanding of data privacy and security solutions and services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,
