Goal of the Role: Hire a Sales Head who will drive the company’s sales growth specifically in the solar industry , lead the team, and ensure revenue targets and customer satisfaction are achieved. Must-Have Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B sales within the solar/renewable energy sector. Strong leadership in managing large teams. Proven success in revenue generation and strategic sales planning in solar solutions. Key Responsibilities Explained: 1. Sales Strategy & Revenue: Build and run solar-specific sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals. Use benchmarking (comparing best practices) to evaluate the sales team. Identify big clients in the solar sector and convert them into long-term partners. 2. Customer & Market Insight: Keep an eye on solar market trends, competitors, and innovations. Focus on building strong customer relationships. Work with marketing to ensure both are aligned with the solar product branding and messaging. 3. Team Leadership: Define clear performance goals for the sales team. Keep them motivated and ensure they meet targets. Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, operations) to make sure customers get what they need after the sale. 4. Operations & Reporting: Handle the sales budget and ensure it's used wisely.
