1. Head of Sales

• Define and drive leasing strategy
• Build and lead a team of 4–5 sales executives
• Engage anchor brands, corporates & brokers
• Set and hit monthly/quarterly targets

2. Sales Executives (4–5)

• Source and qualify leads across retail, office & banquet
• Conduct site tours and pitch presentations
• Negotiate and close deals
• Maintain CRM pipeline and reports
  

• 5–8 years in commercial real estate or B2B leasing
• Proven leadership (for Head role)
• Strong network & negotiation skills
• Based in Mumbai/Thane with local travel flexibility
