· Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
· Forecast sales value and achieve targets with the team.
· Train, manage, and lead field and tele-sales teams.
· Negotiate and close agreements with customers when required.
· Act as a point of contact and handle customer escalations.
· Monitor and analyze sales trends and performance metrics.
· Align with customers and provide effective, timely solutions.
· Liaise with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
· Stay updated with new product launches.
· Coordinate with Purchase, Dispatch, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
· Align, review, and communicate with team managers to achieve sales targets.
