Location: Corporate Office, Cascade Buildtech (Tricity – Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula) Department: Sales Leadership

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000/month (based on experience)
Requirement: Must have own conveyance
Preference: Candidates with strong Channel Partner (CP) network across Tricity

Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our real estate sales operations across residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, deep market knowledge, and a strong CP network to drive revenue and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire sales team across multiple projects
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Strengthen and expand CP network across Tricity
• Oversee client acquisition, site visits, and deal closures
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and leadership teams for campaign alignment
• Monitor sales performance, reporting, and pipeline management
• Mentor and train sales managers and executives

Requirements:

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong CP connections in Mohali, Chandigarh, and Panchkula
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of driving team performance and revenue growth
• Must have own vehicle for client and site meetings
