Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Pharmaceutical APIs and Excipients. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing effective sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and contributing to revenue growth. The BDM will also negotiate contracts, manage customer accounts, and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical APIs, Excipients, and the pharmaceutical industry landscape
• Proven expertise in business development, strategic planning, and market analysis
• Skills in client relationship management, negotiations, and customer account handling
• Proficiency in sales strategy development, revenue generation, and achieving targets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business development
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and independently manage tasks
