Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Sales Head - Mortgage at MyMoneyMantra, located in Gurugram. The Sales Head - Mortgage will oversee daily sales operations, manage account relationships, and lead the sales team to achieve targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves mentoring team members and collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
• Proficiency in Team Management and Relationship Management
• Excellent Negotiation Skills with an ability to conduct market analysis
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is a plus
