Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in study abroad services, and a track record of driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of minimum 6 salesprofessionals
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training, feedback, and motivation
• Oversee CRM and lead management processes
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align goals
• Generate and convert leads in the study abroad segment

Requirements:

• Above 3 years of proven sales experience in the EdTech or education sector
• Prior experience in study abroad consulting is a strong advantage
• Must have handled a team of at least 6 members
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
