Sales Head

The job involves explaining the company's products to retailers, architects, structural engineers, builders, and industrial developers. You will be responsible for convincing dealers to become authorized dealers of the company and explaining the offers and benefits. Additionally, you will assist in growing sales of authorized dealers by connecting with local contractors and projects. Coordination with dispatch and transport may be required, and you will update customers accordingly. The ideal candidate should have an MBA qualification, at least 5 years of experience, and experience in team handling. You should possess a cool and calm attitude in adverse situations while being aggressive about sales. Excellent communication and convincing skills are necessary, along with proficiency in MS Office. Problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, customer-oriented approach, and punctuality are also important attributes for this role. This is a full-time position with a morning shift schedule. Candidates with experience in the steel and cement industry are preferred. A Master's degree is preferred for education qualifications, and proficiency in English is necessary. The work location is in person.
