Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives. You will be required to forecast sales targets, analyze market trends, and adapt strategies to meet changing demands. Additionally, you will identify new market opportunities, build strong relationships with key clients, and drive initiatives to increase revenue and expand the customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives. - Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team. - Analyze market trends with customers and adapt strategies to meet changing demands. - Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Drive initiatives to increase revenue and expand the customer base. - Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance. - Prepare regular sales reports and present to senior management. - Manage the sales budget and optimize resource allocation. - Submission of MIS, Sales Data Analysis on daily/monthly/quarterly basis. - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage major client accounts. - Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively. - Foster long-term partnerships with customers to ensure loyalty and retention. - Manage 1000Crs Sales. - Work closely with marketing, finance, product, and supply chain teams. - Align sales targets with supply chain and production capacity. - Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance. - Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals. - Set performance standards and regularly review team and individual performance. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and sales tracking tools. - Willingness to travel as needed.
