Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to join our solar panel manufacturing

team. The Head Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategies, increasing the market

presence, and also manage a small team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a

deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar solutions, and proven

experience in achieving sales targets.

Role & responsibilities

  • Developing sales strategies to increase market presence and achieve the companys goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities PAN India and expand market share
  • Monitor sales performance and provide ways to increase revenue and collection
  • Preparing and presenting reports which includes sales forecast, and performance metrics

to senior management

  • Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and

project success

  • Leading and managing the sales team and ensuring alignment of targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the panel / solar module sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets .
  • Strong understanding of solar panel manufacturing and installation processes.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.
  • Build the sales force for panel sales for PAN India.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
