Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to join our solar panel manufacturing team. The Head Sales will be responsible for driving sales strategies, increasing the market presence, and also manage a small team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the renewable energy sector, with a focus on solar solutions, and proven experience in achieving sales targets. Role & responsibilities Developing sales strategies to increase market presence and achieve the companys goals Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders Identify new business opportunities PAN India and expand market share Monitor sales performance and provide ways to increase revenue and collection Preparing and presenting reports which includes sales forecast, and performance metrics to senior management Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success Leading and managing the sales team and ensuring alignment of targets. Preferred candidate profile 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in the panel / solar module sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets . Strong understanding of solar panel manufacturing and installation processes. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities. Build the sales force for panel sales for PAN India. Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools

• Job Description: Job Purpose Incumbent shall be responsible for technology development, implementation, Innovation/R&D, efficiency & yield improvement for Solar Cell for Cluster of Wet Chemistry or Thermal/LDSE/LCO or Metallization. Roles and Responsibilities • Overall Implementation of process management in cluster • Technical Evaluation of Potential Raw Material & vendor • Training & Developing of technical teams • Prepare SOPs, Control Plan/WI/CS/SPC for their cluster • Rejection analysis & suggest improvement actions • Continuous Improvement in cell efficiency, yield, Throughput & drive cost reduction projects • Ensure all External and internal auditory standards as per company requirements. • Control of Non-Conforming Productions • Keep up-to-date on new external developments on processes for his/her cluster • Responsible to keep a close eye on external developments in his/her field of expertise that might be relevant to ReNew technology roadmap Safety • Achieve zero safety incidents • Comply with the companys safety protocols at all times • Participate in projects related to safety improvement Required Skills: • Characterization knowledge of Solar cell for process improvement for his/her cluster. • Experience in Six Sigma Methodologies, QC tools & Statistical Software (Minitab, JMP etc.) & MS Office • Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Essential areas/ factors/ conditions in which incumbent should have experience • Wet Chemistry: • Knowledge and hands-on experience of Wet Chemistry process & equipments from supplier like SC China, RENA, Schmid & Kingenious for Texturing, Polishing, Cleaning etc. Thermal / LDSE / LCO • Knowledge and hands-on experience of Thermal process and equipments from suppliers like SC China & Centrotherm for Diffusion / Annealing / Oxidation / PECVD / PVD / LPCVD / ALD etc. • Knowledge and hands-on experience of Laser process and equipments from suppliers like Maxwell, DR Laser & Innolas for Laser Doped Selective Emitter & Laser Contact Opening. Or • Metallization Knowledge and hands-on experience of Metallization line process & equipments from supplier like AMAT, Maxwell & ASYS for Metallization / Firing / LID Regenerator / IV & EL Tester

This role involves vendor management, cost optimization, contract negotiation, and ensuring a seamless supply chain to support business operations. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement procurement strategies for Opex-related goods and services specific to cell manufacturing operations. • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards. • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best pricing and service levels. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and quality assurance, to align procurement activities with business objectives. • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services to prevent operational disruptions. • Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic reviews to maintain quality and service levels. • Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify areas for process improvement in procurement operations. • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and sustainability requirements. • Manage procurement data, track spending, and generate reports for management review. • Stay updated with market trends, emerging technologies, and supplier innovations in the renewable energy and cell manufacturing sector. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA) is preferred. • 8-15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in cell manufacturing, electronics, or renewable energy sectors. • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization strategies. • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement tools. • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
