Role Overview: As the Sales Head - General Trade with a Personal Care Company in Delhi, your role will be crucial in aggressively and profitably growing the consumer General Trade business. Your responsibilities will include leading a sales organization, ensuring efficiency, developing market understanding, and embodying the company's guiding principles. You will define sales objectives, provide necessary resources, and drive business results. Key Responsibilities: - Achieving monthly/annual sales targets by implementing corrective measures when needed - Developing and executing strategies for various trade channels/markets to maximize potential - Implementing regular analysis & reporting of business performance against targets - Managing price levels and trade margins, and leading price list implementation - Setting clear OGSM for the sales organization and defining customer plans in collaboration with Marketing Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the consumer goods industry - Strong leadership skills to inspire and lead a sales team effectively - Analytical mindset with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans - Good understanding of market dynamics and trade channels - Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
