Sales head - Food industry

As a Sales Head in the food industry based in Kalady, you will be responsible for leading and expanding our sales operations. Your main focus will be on developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company targets. With a background in B2B/B2C food product sales, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include managing and mentoring the sales team across different regions and distribution channels. You will be tasked with identifying and onboarding new clients, distributors, and retail partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. Additionally, you will be required to track sales performance, prepare regular reports for management, monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaboration with production and logistics teams will also be necessary to ensure timely delivery of products. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the food or FMCG sector. An established network of distributors, wholesalers, or institutional buyers will be advantageous. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be required to meet the job's demands. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 per month, you will have the opportunity to earn performance-based incentives and yearly bonuses.
