Role Overview

The Sales Head will be responsible for driving Cucino’s revenue growth by developing, executing, and optimizing sales strategies across all channels — General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), E-commerce, and Institutional Sales. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills, capable of building a high-performing sales team, forging strong trade partnerships, and opening new market opportunities.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop & execute 

    Go-to-Market strategy

     for our products.
  • Build, manage, and grow our 

    distributor relationship and retail network.

  • Use 

    existing market connections

     to get sales.
  • Lead sales team, set targets, and ensure monthly sales growth.
  • Drive 

    brand visibility & product placement

     across key markets.
  • Work closely with founders to shape pricing, offers, and expansion plans
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and distribution targets.
  • Drive expansion in modern trade, general trade, HoReCa, and D2C channels.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of sales experience in FMCG (food category preferred).
  • Proven track record of delivering strong sales growth and launching new brands in the market.
  • Pre-existing strong network of 

    distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a result-oriented approach.
