Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

Visit labs and clinics, make cold calls, use digital tools to identify leads
Qualify prospects and transition them to Account Executives (AEs)
Maintain lead activity, notes, and status updates in CRM

Team Leadership & Client Delivery

Manage and guide the Onboarding, Interfacing, Chat Support, and Success Teams.
Develop KPIs and SLAs for each vertical, ensuring high-quality and timely implementation for clients.
Monitor support queues and escalations while ensuring structured response protocols.

Client Activation & Relationship Management

Own the post-sale client lifecycle: onboarding activation retention.
Ensure timely and frictionless onboarding and smooth handoff from the Account Executive.
Build strong relationships with clients and resolve concerns with speed and empathy.

Retention, Feedback & Upsell Enablement

Drive product usage and reduce churn through proactive engagement.
Collect feedback loops and feature requests to share with product/BA teams.
Identify and surface upsell or expansion opportunities back to the sales team.

Preferred candidate profile

10-15 years
of experience Diagnostic in Customer Success, Implementation, or SaaS Client Management.
Experience in managing cross-functional support teams is essential.
