Design & Visual Content Design high-impact visuals: social media creatives, marketing collaterals, infographics, and digital ads, Motion graphics/video editing knowledge.
Maintain visual consistency across all branding touchpoints. Own the end-to-end design execution from concept to delivery.
Create scroll-stopping and thumb-stopping creatives for campaigns. Branding & Creative Direction Develop and maintain brand identity systems (color palette, typography, tone). Collaborate on brand campaigns, launches, and storytelling assets. Bring emotional depth and conceptual clarity to brand messaging through design.
Keep the visual language aligned with company values and future vision. Marketing & Sales Collaboration Work closely with marketing to translate campaign goals into visual strategies. Ideate creatives that drive conversions, increase engagement, and push boundaries.
Create sales support assetspitch decks, case studies, product walkthroughswith strong design thinking.
Partner with product and sales teams to position Theranize as a category-defining brand.
Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.
A proven track record of bringing creative energy to marketing and sales efforts.
Eye for bold design, clean composition, and sharp copy-visual synergy.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
