Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the new gifting division end-to-end.
• Develop customised hampers and co-branded gifting solutions.
• Generate business through corporate and CSR sales.
• Manage client relationships and key accounts.
• Oversee vendors, packaging, and delivery operations.
• Achieve annual sales and profitability targets.

This is a sales-oriented, on-ground leadership role — not a marketing or desk job.

Candidate Profile

• Based in Mumbai with 5–7 years’ experience in corporate gifting, lifestyle, FMCG, or related sectors.
• Proven business management of ₹3 crore+ annually.
• Strong corporate and CSR network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
