Chief Digital Catalyst (CDC)

As a senior professional at Alan Scott Enterprises Ltd., your role as the Chief Digital Catalyst will involve overseeing the complete digital ecosystem and leading the development of the in-house AI and content capability. You will be responsible for supervising company websites, e-commerce platforms, and mobile apps, as well as guiding digital media partners and internal teams. Additionally, you will lead the creation of an AI-driven content and social media department supporting all Alan Scott brands. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise 10 websites and 3 mobile apps, focusing on design, content, analytics, up-time, and updates. - Coordinate with digital agencies to manage SEO, ads, and online sales. - Implement AI tools to enhance efficiency in various departments such as accounts, secretarial, HR, and marketing. - Train team members in the utilization of AI for writing, design, and automation. - Establish an in-house content and social media team to gradually reduce reliance on external agencies. - Collaborate with senior management to report key metrics on performance, improvements, and digital initiatives. Ideal Candidate: - 5-8 years of experience in managing digital operations, websites, or marketing technology. - Proficiency in web platforms, analytics, and social media. - Hands-on experience with AI tools and a willingness to explore new technologies. - Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring. - Mumbai-based or open to relocation.
