Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Head / BDM with 15-24 years of experience to lead our real estate sales team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve project sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth.
Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, including site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property sales.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with sales teams and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualification: B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, M.A.
