Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Head / BDM with 15-24 years of experience to lead our real estate sales team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve project sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to drive business growth.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, including site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property sales.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with sales teams and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Qualification: B.Sc, B.E, B.Tech, M.A.
