Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Handle

    B2B sales calls

    and client inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct

    client meetings/calls

    to understand requirements and pitch solutions.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales process

    including prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Ensure regular

    follow-ups with potential and existing clients

    to maintain healthy relationships.
  • Create and implement

    sales plans and strategies

    aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle calls confidently and close deals.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Prior B2B sales experience is an advantage (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
