Sales Girl Associate

You will be joining our lighting showroom team as a Sales Girl. Your role will involve welcoming visitors, managing customer interactions, and supporting office operations. You will receive comprehensive product training on-site, including our state-of-the-art LED and lighting automation products. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting and welcoming visitors warmly, ensuring prompt and courteous assistance. - Addressing inquiries from customers and guests, providing detailed information about our products and services. - Following up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any questions or concerns. - Performing general office duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. - Using basic computer skills for managing emails, data entry, and document handling (optional but advantageous). - Creating and managing social media posts on Facebook and Instagram to promote our products and engage with our audience. - Conducting telecalling to reach out to potential clients and generate sales leads. - Assisting with sales transactions and maintaining accurate sales records. - Conducting post-sales follow-ups to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction with their purchases. - Addressing any post-sales issues or concerns promptly and effectively. Requirements: - Basic proficiency in speaking Hindi and Punjabi or just Hindi. - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email (optional), and ability to create social media posts on Facebook and Instagram. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Professional and approachable demeanor. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience, though not necessary, is preferred. - Basic understanding of office administrative processes.
