Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales professional at Propkarmaa Private Limited, located in Noida. The Sales role involves building relationships with clients, assisting them in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and guiding them through the real estate investment process. The day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, offering exceptional customer service, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and abilities in closing deals
• Experience in Sales Management and Training
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
