We are expanding our presence through sales growth and franchise partnerships, and we are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales & Franchise Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Growth & Coordination

• Drive sales targets and ensure timely achievement.

• Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.

• Support digital & offline sales campaigns, promotions, and events.

• Franchise Development & Support

• Identify potential franchise partners and assist in onboarding.

• Coordinate with existing franchisees to ensure smooth operations.

• Provide training, guidance, and support to franchise partners.

• Track franchise performance and prepare regular reports.

• Communication & Reporting

• Maintain strong communication with internal teams, franchisees, and clients.

• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales and franchise performance.

• Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Franchise Management (preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).

• Strong verbal & written communication skills.

• Good organizational and coordination abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel when required.
