Job Title: Salesforce QA Tester / QA Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Strategy

• Develop, execute, and optimize test plans, test cases, and reusable test scripts for Salesforce applications
• Define

  comprehensive test coverage

  across Lightning components, Flows, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, APIs, and integrations

• Testing & Validation

• Conduct

  manual and automated testing

  to validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and end-to-end workflows
• Perform regression, system integration, and smoke testing to ensure stability after every release
• Collaborate with business teams to facilitate

  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  and provide hands-on support to end-users

• Defect Management & Reporting

• Identify, log, and track defects using Jira, ensuring

  timely resolution

  and traceability
• Maintain detailed test documentation, metrics, and reports to provide visibility into quality outcomes

• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with developers and solution architects to align QA activities with business requirements
• Advocate for QA best practices, improving test processes and accelerating delivery cycles
• Leverage GitHub and version control systems for managing QA assets and automation code

Requirements

• Experience & Expertise

• Proven track record in

  Salesforce testing

  , including APIs, integrations, Lightning development, and custom objects
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce architecture, data models, workflows, and automation tools

• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as

  Selenium, Provar, or equivalent frameworks

  (preferred)

• Methodology & Mindset

• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum delivery models

  , sprint testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent

  analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Salesforce certification(s) such as

  Salesforce Certified Testing Lifecycle Manager

  or

  Platform Developer I/II

  (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to

  Salesforce DX and DevOps toolchains

• Prior QA experience within large-scale CRM ecosystems
• Knowledge of broader QA methodologies, performance testing, and security testing

Education

• Bachelors degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
