Job Description

Business Analyst (BA)

Role & responsibilities

Should have experience in interacting with client users or running workshops to gather the requirements
Should have experience in defining and creating detailed requirement documents, presentations and conducting demonstrations
Must have experience with life science (Pharmacovigilance) industry
Should have experience with safety systems like Argus or ArisG is must
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
Should have experience in functional and user acceptance testing
Should be able to perform fit-gap analysis for reports
Experience of periodic/aggregate reporting is preferred
Should have experience on Data Warehousing & ETL
Should have good command on Safety Regulations (Expedited reporting requirements and Aggregate Reporting requirements)
Should have good understanding of the functioning of PV operations (Case processing, Oversight, Compliance, Signaling, Systems)
Should have Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders and foster cross-functional/cultural teamwork
Should have the Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and performing at a high level when faced with time constraint

Preferred candidate profile

PV Knowledge:
Understanding of adverse event reporting, RMP, periodic safety reports.
System Expertise:
Experience with PV software like Argus, Veeva.
Technical Skills:
Data analysis, system design, potentially AI/automation in PV.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
