Key Responsibilities :

Product / Scientific Training
Drive the key products target achievements & implement promotional strategies & activities
Effective KOL and CRM management.
Ensure right market feedback to H.O

Major Duties & Responsibilities :

Business potential analysis & KOL management.
Tracking top hospitals / areas, business market size and shares.
Execution of all marketing campaigns & strategies in coordination with field force & managers.
Meeting the prescribed number of doctors along with field force.
Coordinating between field force and PMT for the distribution of required of promotional material.
Coordinating between field force, managers and PMT at HO the sanction of activity proposals.
Coordinating between FF and the Medical Dept/ PMT at HO the queries related to brands.
Track the ROI of promotional activities and report to the DSM & PMT.
Conduct market surveys as per the requirements of and guidelines given by PMT at HO.
Track competition and provide feedback to PMT & DSM.
Ensure timely induction and training of the field force.
Timely Submission of applicable Reports / Activity Strategy / Strategy Feedback.
Ensure follow of COCs & HR policies.
