  • Verify patient, provider, and policy details to ensure claims meet all requirements.
  • Investigate discrepancies, missing information, or potential fraud indicators.
  • Coordinate with internal departments or external providers for claim clarification.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining confidentiality.
