Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Site & Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role demands an individual who can effectively manage on-site tasks, supervise labor, ensure timely project completion, and maintain strong vendor relationships that are crucial to the smooth execution of our operations and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site execution of day-to-day tasks across various project locations in Delhi NCR.
• Supervise and coordinate labor teams to ensure productivity and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure all projects and assignments are completed within timelines and budget.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely material delivery and services.
• Coordinate between the operations team and field staff to ensure seamless project flow.
• Monitor logistics-related activities and provide real-time updates to management.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including labor records, project reports, and vendor logs.
• Resolve on-site challenges quickly and efficiently while ensuring safety and compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, site supervision, or logistics coordination.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Proficient in handling day-to-day site and labor-related tasks.
• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
• Good knowledge of Delhi NCR routes and markets.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
• Basic computer or mobile app usage (reporting, updates, etc.) is a plus.
