About Us:
Glowing Digital is a fast-growing SEO and digital marketing agency helping businesses worldwide strengthen their online presence through high-performance marketing solutions. We are expanding our sales and outreach team and are looking for a Cold Calling Executive who is confident, motivated, and eager to contribute to our lead-generation and client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Glowing Digital’s services.
• Clearly explain our SEO and digital marketing solutions in a simple and engaging manner.
• Identify prospects’ needs and guide them toward suitable service offerings.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales and strategy teams.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Follow calling scripts while adapting to each prospect’s communication style.
• Handle objections politely and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and contribute to overall outreach goals.

Requirements:

• Basic experience in cold calling, telecalling, or outbound sales (academic or self-taught).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence, clarity, and the ability to build rapport quickly over calls.
• Good listening skills and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow team guidance.
• A passion for sales and business communication is an added advantage.
