We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist from a developer background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and closing walk-in customers, handling leads, and building relationships with channel partners. Villa Sales experience will be an advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, database calling, and online channels, and convert them into sales. 2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. 3. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate with customers to close sales deals, addressing their concerns and objections. 4. Sales Closure: Push for sales closure, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed, and the sale is finalized. 5. Channel Partner Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, such as brokers and agents, to generate referrals and drive sales. 6. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. 7. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity. 8. Database Management: Update our database with accurate and relevant information on prospects, customers, and sales activities. 9. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in any field. 2. Experience: 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales (developer background preferred) Skills: 1. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. 2. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including trends, prices, and competitor activity.
