- Negotiate and close deals, turning site visits into confirmed bookings

- Present project benefits in a simple, attractive way to prospective clients

- Build trust and confidence with clients, establishing long-term relationships

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with a target-oriented mindset

- Demonstrate flexibility and commitment by traveling for site visits and adjusting to client timings
