Responsibilities: New Business Development & Lead Generation: Actively identify, research, and prospect new sales opportunities and potential clients within Latur and its surrounding areas. Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, field visits, networking, referrals, and participation in local community/trade events. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Product/Service Presentation & Promotion: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products/services to potential clients. Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition to address client needs and pain points. Persuade prospective customers to purchase products/services. Sales Cycle Management & Closing: Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals. Negotiate sales terms and conditions, overcome objections, and skillfully close sales deals. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Track personal sales performance metrics regularly. Client Relationship (Initial): Build initial rapport and trust with new clients to ensure a positive first experience. Handover new client accounts to the dedicated account management or service team post-sale (if applicable). Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competitor activities, and new market opportunities within the assigned territory. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on market trends. Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales activity reports and forecasts as required. Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively with prospective clients, internal teams, and supervisors. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is essential for effective interaction with local clients and understanding regional business nuances. Good English proficiency is beneficial for formal communication and reporting.
