We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive specializing in Ocean/Sea Import operations to join our team in Mumbai City, Maharashtra. As an integral part of our freight and logistics company, you will have a significant role in driving sales and nurturing client relationships. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals with a solid background in transportation and logistics, aiming to have an immediate positive impact within our organization. Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Ocean/Sea Import sector to meet or exceed sales targets. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. - Perform market research and analysis to recognize trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the transport and logistics industry. - Create and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operations and ensure service delivery aligns with customer expectations. - Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights for management assessment. - Keep abreast of industry regulations, trends, and best practices to offer informed service to clients. Requirements: - 3-5 years of experience in Sales, specifically in Ocean/Sea Import logistics. - Profound understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry. - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. - Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software. - Positive demeanor, strong work ethic, and a zeal for sales. - Willingness to travel as necessary to meet client requirements. - A degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not obligatory.,
