Industry: Industrial Pipes & Fittings

Role Type: Full-time | Field Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in nearby regions

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and follow-ups

- Provide product demos and technical guidance to clients as needed

- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in pipes, hardware, or building materials)

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

- Familiarity with territory and local market dynamics

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with travel

- Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools

Compensation & Benefits:

- Fixed salary: 20,000–35,000/month (based on experience)

- Incentives on achieving targets

- Travel allowance + mobile reimbursement
