Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager

You will be responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products. This includes reaching the targets and goals set for your area, establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base, and servicing the needs of your existing customers. You will also be tasked with increasing business opportunities through various routes to the market, setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole, and allocating areas to sales representatives. Your role will involve developing sales strategies, setting targets, monitoring your team's performance, and motivating them to reach targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales figures, possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself, collecting customer feedback and market research, and reporting to Senior Managers.
