Promfly Marketing Agency is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team and drive lead acquisition for our USA-based IT services campaign. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, solid experience in international sales, and expertise in cold calling lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct 100-150 outbound calls daily to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads in the USA Marketing agency sector through cold calling.

* Generate high-quality appointments and contribute to building an effective sales funnel for the sales team.

* Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to align strategies for successful lead conversion.

* Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's services to deliver compelling value propositions to prospects.

* Provide consistent and accurate weekly/monthly reports on lead generation performance and outcomes.

* Arrange business meetings between sales representatives and qualified clients.

* Meet or exceed daily and monthly KPIs, including call volume, lead quality, and conversions.

Requirements

* Graduated in any discipline.

* Proven experience in lead generation, international sales, or outbound calling, ideally in the IT services or Marketing agency sector.

* Strong understanding of the USA market, with prior experience in US-based startups considered a plus.

* Hands-on experience with CRM tools, lead generation software, and online research platforms.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion abilities.

* Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and call volume targets.

* Candidates with international call center experience will be preferred.
