This role offers valuable experience in international sales and exposure to global business environments. Roles and Responsibilities: · Handle customers' inbound and outbound calls. · Answer their queries professionally and provide information about our services. · Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, comments and actions taken upon the client’s requests. · Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients. · Keeping a close eye on client’s feedback. · Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients. Skills Required: · Strong communications skills. · Strong Interpersonal skills. · Basic computer skills. · A relevant Bachelors/Master’s degree. · A keen interest in business development. · An eye for changing business trends and, · Strong communication and convincing skills. Eligibility- Both fresher and experienced can apply with a good knowledge of English.
