Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and converting them into long-term business partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand client needs in the digital marketing space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through calls, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Pitch Yuvau Digital’s services (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Paid Ads, Website Development, UGC & Training Programs) to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest the right services/solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Keep track of market trends and competitors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience (digital marketing or advertising industry preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in Hindi & English.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.25 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mp Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
