About Us: YourPedia Global is a leading platform providing mentorship and guidance to students for higher education abroad, especially in fully funded PhD, MS, and other international academic programs. We are expanding our outreach and looking for a proactive and energetic individual to join our sales team. Key Responsibilities: Engage with prospective students through regular outbound calling and WhatsApp follow-ups . Explain our guidance modules, features, and benefits effectively. Motivate students to take the next steps in their higher education journey. Convert inquiries into enrollments by building trust and providing clarity . Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Coordinate with mentors and internal teams for smooth onboarding of students. Requirements: Strong verbal communication (Hindi & English both preferred). Confident, persuasive, and self-driven. Ability to connect emotionally and motivate students. Basic knowledge of study abroad or education consulting is a plus . Prior experience in counselling or telesales preferred but not mandatory.
