Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing customer relationships, and promoting the bank’s financial products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, understanding customer needs, delivering customized solutions, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate leads and close deals
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and understanding customer needs
• Analytical skills for market research, identifying opportunities, and addressing challenges
• Knowledge of banking products and financial services, particularly within retail, MSME, or corporate banking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Educational background in finance, business, marketing, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Prior experience in sales or banking would be an advantage
