Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders. Manage channel sales activities to achieve targets through retail channels. Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals to increase revenue growth. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity. Collaborate with primary sales team to ensure seamless execution of secondary sales strategies. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in channel sales or related field (retail sales). MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (any specialization). Strong understanding of wood finishes and wood coatings products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
