Experience - 1 to 4 Yrs experience in fenestration industry
Salary - 3 to 4.2 Lakh pa
B.tech (Mech.)/ B.Sc + M.Tech/ MBA (Technical qualification)
Job Description:
? Achievement of set target for a financial year
? Monitor post-sales customer/architect/site works as per the project management plan and timely update site
status information to PMD.
? Timely communication with the customers to apprise them about project status.
? Schedule preliminary site visit(s) upon closure of order as per PMP and take preliminary site measurements for
procurement.
? Coordinate with the customer site supervisor for window opening readiness as per approved section drawings and
samples.
? Helping team members in closing orders and achieving their targets,
? Ensuring timely preparation of offers and estimates by pre-sales team,
? Answering client queries about product specifications and uses,
? Maintaining architect and client relationships,
? Learn and understand the product so as to gain in-depth knowledge of the same,
? Creating and presenting sales performance reports in routine meetings,
? Seek Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback from customers.
? Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Required Skill Sets:
? Excellence in MS Office, MS Excel, and marketing and sales software,
? Must have knowledge of reading and interpreting CAD drawings and plans,
? Must be analytical and good in mathematics.
NonTechnical Skill Sets:
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills,
? Must know the art of selling,
? Must be disciplined, well-dressed, and presentable
