Sales Executive

Job Title:Sales Executive / Salesman – Surgical & Injectables Company: VK Pharmaceuticals Job Summary: VK Pharmaceuticals is seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Executive to join our team. We specialize in the distribution of high-quality surgical products, injectables, sutures, and operation theatre consumables. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the growth of our medical supply business across hospitals,diagnostic centres, clinics, and pharmacies. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell surgical products, injectables, and OT consumables to hospitals, doctors, chemists, and medical institutions. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with doctors, surgeons, purchase departments, and pharmacists. Regularly visit clients and ensure timely order collection and delivery coordination. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Monitor market trends and report competitor activities. Collect payments and ensure proper documentation of transactions. Maintain accurate sales records, customer contact details, and activity reports. Candidate Requirements :Education: HSC minimum; graduates in Science, Commerce, or Pharmacy preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in surgical/pharmaceutical/medical sales (preferred). Good knowledge of medical supplies, injectables, and distribution channels. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel locally and work independently with a target-driven mindset. Familiarity with basic computer tools or sales reporting software. Job Location: Thane & surrounding areas Working Hours:9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (flexible as per fieldwork) Salary Package:₹12000 to 14000 per month + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance
