Location: sachin GIDC Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-2 years preferred About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive to handle both B2B and B2C customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with client communication (via tally calls, cold calls), customer follow-ups, and creating engaging Instagram content, including appearing on camera for product reels. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Communication: Cold calling and tally calling to potential leads. Follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Handling inquiries and converting leads into sales. Customer Review Management: Collecting and managing feedback and reviews from clients. Resolving customer concerns or issues effectively. Social Media Engagement: Create product detail videos and reels for Instagram. Be comfortable appearing on camera and presenting products. Work closely with the marketing team to align content strategy. B2B & B2C Engagement: Understand client requirements (both business and individual customers). Build strong, long-term relationships with clients. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with cold calling and sales pitches. Confident on camera; experience with Instagram Reels is a plus. Basic understanding of customer service and CRM tools. Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales preferred. Must be proactive, creative, and self-motivated. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,544.50 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
