As we continue to grow, we’re looking for energetic individuals to join our team and be a part of our exciting journey. Role Overview: We are hiring a Sales Executive to handle inbound B2B sales . This role involves managing leads generated by our marketing team, coordinating with production for sampling, and maintaining strong follow-ups with clients to convert leads into orders. This is a great opportunity for someone who communicates well in English, is organized, and enjoys client interaction—without the pressure of cold calling. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming sales leads via CRM (no cold calls/emails) Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements Coordinate with the production and merchandising teams to get samples developed Follow up with clients regularly to move leads to order confirmation Maintain accurate lead status and updates in CRM Share daily/weekly updates with the sales head Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business Requirements: Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply Good English communication skills (spoken & written) Strong follow-up and coordination abilities Basic understanding of garments and fabrics (training will be provided) Comfortable using CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets Self-motivated, organized, and a good team player What We Offer: Friendly, startup-style work environment Hands-on training in the apparel industry Fixed salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to grow with a fast-expanding brand Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
