Position: Sr. Sales Executive Location: Pune (Hybrid Mode) | Shift: Night Shift (USA Shift) | Type: Full-time About ValueDx: At ValueDx , we’re redefining the landscape of healthcare analytics and diagnostics. Shift Details: USA Shift: Typically 6 PM to 3 AM IST / 8 AM to 5 PM EST Working Hours: 9 PM to 6 AM IST Working Days: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales for ValueDx solutions in the US region Generate high-quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline Conduct client meetings , product demos, and solution presentations Manage and update CRM with sales activities and maintain sales reports Consistently meet and exceed sales targets Qualifications & Skills: 3+ years of experience in B2B or outbound sales Prior exposure to the USA market is highly preferred Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Willingness to work night shifts Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented
