Shift Details:

  • USA Shift:

     Typically 6 PM to 3 AM IST / 8 AM to 5 PM EST

  • Working Hours:

     9 PM to 6 AM IST

  • Working Days:

     Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive 

    B2B sales

     for ValueDx solutions in the 

    US region

  • Generate high-quality leads and build a strong 

    sales pipeline

  • Conduct 

    client meetings

    , product demos, and solution presentations
  • Manage and update CRM with sales activities and maintain 

    sales reports

  • Consistently meet and exceed 

    sales targets

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in 

    B2B or outbound sales

  • Prior exposure to the 

    USA market

     is highly preferred
  • Experience in the 

    healthcare

     industry is a plus
  • Strong 

    communication, persuasion, and negotiation

     skills
  • Willingness to work 

    night shifts

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented
