Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage secondary sales, primary sales, franchise sales, retail sales, business development, and franchisee development for urban markets in Vadodara.
  • Develop new markets by identifying potential clients and building relationships with them.
  • Oversee store management activities such as inventory control, stock management, and customer service.
  • Ensure network expansion through effective planning and execution of strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or related field (urban market preferred).
  • Strong understanding of secondary sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
